CPSC Director General Prof. Dhameja Appointed as INAVETA Vice President for Tertiary Education, Vocational Training & Research

A new chapter in regional engagement unfolds with the appointment of Prof. (Dr.) Suresh Kumar Dhameja, Director General of the Colombo Plan Staff College (CPSC), as Vice President for Tertiary Education, Vocational Training & Research of the International Association of Institutions for Tertiary and Vocational Education in Asia (INAVETA).

Formally conveyed on September 3, 2026, the appointment adds a new dimension to Prof. Dhameja’s continuing leadership in Technical and Vocational Education and Training (TVET), as well as research across Asia and beyond. Through this new capacity, Prof. Dhameja will contribute to fostering dialogue, knowledge exchange, and partnerships among institutions and stakeholders shaping the future of tertiary and vocational education in Asia.

INAVETA is a network of tertiary and vocational educators, training organizations, practitioners, researchers, students, institutions, and other stakeholders committed to the advancement of quality tertiary and vocational education and training across Asia.
