The Colombo Plan Staff College (CPSC) extends its greetings of peace and prosperity to the Kingdom of Thailand on the celebration of its National Day this December 5, 2025. As one of CPSC’s valued partners in the Asia-Pacific region, we recognize Thailand’s unwavering commitment to advancing technical and vocational education and training (TVET) as a catalyst for national progress and regional collaboration.

2025 Celebrations

This day marks the birth of the late King Bhumibol Adulyadej, who was the ninth king of the Chakri Dynasty. Known to the Thai people as the “Father of the Nation,” the late king’s birthday is also celebrated as Father’s Day.
